Living and working as a fashion model in metropolitan cities domestically and internationally for many years afforded me the chance to experience delicious, but usually expensive food.
Fast forward a few years, I find myself a mom of 4 boys (+ a husband) who love to eat about as much as I do! I’ve learned to replicate many of these dishes on a budget suited for a family of 6.
Through Gourmet Cooking on a Dime, I’m sharing my love of preparing & eating great food with others who want to do the same… without having to break the budget!!
